Welcome to my shop, Everything is hand made / painted by me. Most items are one of a kind and even duplicates of an item will be slightly different to the original.

All orders are sent by regular post - if you wish to add insurance please convo me before paying and we can work something out.
Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items will be shipped within 5-10 days of receipt of payment (often sooner )
Items are carefully wrapped and packaged. Mail bags and padded envelopes are also used to ensure everything is secure and waterproof.
Delivery times will depend on individual countries, some international post can take over two weeks, please consider this when ordering, You are also liable for any customs or taxes your country may charge, thank you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in every piece I make but in the unlikely event of the product differing greatly from images listed I will try to replace if possible and if not then I will provide a refund. In this case please photograph as soon as you receive your order(within 3 days) and contact me with photos. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility lies with the buyer.
Once an item has been returned undamaged I will organise your refund.
Exchanges may require extra time if a new item needs to be made, just contact me and I'm sure we can work something out.

I am happy to consider custom orders, just contact me with your ideas. I am also happy to work out wholesale orders.
The dolls that I make are for display purposes and not suitable for children due to small parts and delicate materials.
